Description: compiler for color fonts
nanoemoji takes a directory of SVG files, one per emoji or other color
glyph, and compiles them into a color font. It supports the COLR/CPAL,
SVG, CBDT and sbix color font formats, either individually or several of
them at once in a single font file, and can also build color variable
 fonts.
 .
It relies on picosvg to normalize the input SVG files, on ninja to run
the individual build steps in parallel, and optionally on resvg and
pngquant to rasterize and optimize the bitmap tables.
